Prior to Drafted, Andrew founded his first company as a freshman at the University of Southern California and grew it to over $500K in revenue while still in college. His work was featured in Forbes and Business Insider, and he was named one of the Los Angeles Business Journalâs Top 20 Entrepreneurs in Their 20s.
Following his first company, Andrew went on to lead growth at multiple Y Combinator-backed startups, where he helped take several companies from inception to over $3M in ARR. His experience spans marketplace growth, user acquisition, and scaling early-stage companies in competitive markets.
Andrew holds a Bachelorâs degree in International Business and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Prior to Drafted, Rodrigo spent four years at Amazon, where he shipped production code powering systems used by over 200 million users. His work focused on building and maintaining large-scale, highly reliable infrastructure operating at global scale.
Following Amazon, Rodrigo served as Head of AI Engineering at Apollo, where he led the development of applied machine learning systems and AI-driven products. His role spanned model development, data pipelines, and production deployment, giving him hands-on experience scaling AI from research to real-world use.
Rodrigo participated in machine learning research while at the University of Southern California, where he earned a Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science. His background combines large-scale systems engineering, applied AI leadership, and academic grounding in machine learning, forming the technical foundation of Draftedâs autonomous recruiting platform.
