We want to build a future where all of humanity thrives throughout the solar system, and we believe this requires lowering the barriers of commercial spaceflight for everybody. Small satellites today represent the beating heart of the growing in orbit economy, and yet large next generation launch systems do little to move the needle for these customers. They also need a dramatically more affordable, responsive, and sustainable launch option.
This is why we are creating fully reusable small rockets suited for affordable, responsive, and net-zero carbon capable orbital launch of small satellites. Our vehicle is designed from the ground up to have the lowest operating cost of any small launcher. For most missions launching small satellites into low earth orbit we expect to be a lower cost option than Starship, whilst also being able to take customers exactly where they want to go, and exactly when they want to go there. Payloads can also ride back to Earth with the rocket upper stage for a medium duration microgravity and return service.
This will transform small satellite launch, and in turn help bring around a future for all of humanity among the stars.
